So, your shopping cart processes some or all of its payments from PayPal. Now you want to get all that transactional data into Quickbooks.
If you’ve done some research, you know that it doesn’t work very well to export the PayPal transactions using their export feature, then import the IIF file into Quickbooks. Some data will not get transferred into Quickbooks, and some data will get put into the wrong fields.

They fully integrate a multitude of shopping carts (including Magento, X-Cart, Zencart, Prestashop, osCommerce, and more) with Quickbooks.
3. ECC by Webgility. Not that expensive for what you get. Highly refined. Excellent support according to cart forum commentary by actual users.
4. T-Hub by Atandra. More expensive, but a review of comments on cart owner forums is spotty. Some comments are positive and some are negative on issues ranging from support to bugs.
